Q: How do I register for trainings?
A: Just go to the Trainings menu or page and drop down to the type of training you are interested in. Each training has a ‘REGISTER HERE’ link.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you are unable to attend a training that you registered for, you are welcome to send a substitute. If you are unable to send a substitute, you may request a credit to be used for a future training. This credit must be used by the end of the calendar year as we will not be able to carry credits over to the following year. A refund may also be requested if the request is received within 14 business days prior to the training.
Q: I’m a member. What is my discount code?
A: In our new registration system, there is no longer a function for discount codes. Each registration page will have ticket options that match the different membership types. Please select the appropriate ticket type when you register. If you are unsure of your membership status, please call Linda Winston at 804-377-0335.
Q: Do you offer scholarships or financial assistance?
A: We offer scholarships for our larger events, such as conferences and retreats, giving priority to people who have been historically identified as marginalized and/or underserved. When scholarships become available, the information will be posted on this site and publicly announced.
Q: I have a training credit. How do I use it?
A: Call the office at 804-377-0335 and ask for a member of the training team or email us at email@example.com and we will apply it for you.
Q: What if I can’t pay by credit card?
A: We can typically work out a payment arrangement so you can pay by check. Call the office at 804-377-0335 and ask for a member of the training team or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Where is your office?
A: Our office is located at 1118 West Main Street, Richmond, VA 23220.
Q: What is the parking situation at your office?
A: Our office has a small parking lot for staff only adjacent to the building. For trainings, we arrange parking in the pay lot directly across Main street from our building. You will be sent (via email) a parking code and details prior to each training.
Q: I’m interested in becoming a member of your faculty. How can I learn more?

Q: I have a training need that I don’t see on your website. How do I submit a training on request?
A: Just use our online request form! We’ll get back to you within 3 business days.
Q: What if I have accessibility needs?
A: We need a 30-day advance notice in order to work to accommodate accessibility requests. Please call the office at 804-377-0335 and ask for a member of the training team or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your needs.
Q: I want a member discount! How do I become a member?
